**Menu Development**:

- Designing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus with authentic Chinese cuisine.
- Ensuring the menu includes a variety of dishes beyond commonly found ones, with thorough research into regional specialties.
- Making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency in taste and quality between vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions of dishes.
- Ensuring that Chilzo's Chinese Cuisine sauces, seasonings and more have been in the menu items that are being presented during trial.

**Recipe Development**:

- Creating recipes for each dish in the menu, ensuring authenticity and adherence to Chinese culinary traditions.
- Documenting recipes in SOP format for easy replication by kitchen staff.

**Training and Quality Assurance**:

- Conducting training sessions for chefs and kitchen staff on preparing dishes according to finalized recipes.
- Providing guidance and supervision to ensure food preparation meets quality standards and maintains authenticity.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborating with management, chefs, and other stakeholders to align menu development with brand objectives and customer preferences.
- Working closely with procurement to source high-quality ingredients that meet brand standards.

**Documentation**:

- Documenting all recipes, training materials, and quality assurance procedures for future reference.
- Maintaining records of menu changes, recipe modifications, and feedback for evaluation and improvement purposes.

Pay: ₹25,652.05 - ₹39,480.10 per month
