We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to bridge the communication gap between our software development team and our clients, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery. Freshers with Leadership skills are welcome.
Key Responsibilities: - Task Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on all tasks assigned to the software development team to ensure timely completion. - Learn Software Workflows: Understand how our software solutions function, including workflows, so you can effectively communicate with clients about upgrades, changes, and new sales. - Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients to explain software features, updates, or changes and address their queries. - Product Requirement Documentation: Collaborate with the software team to prepare comprehensive product requirement documents for developers and clients. - Monitor Workflow Changes: Track client-requested tasks or workflow changes, inform them about potential impacts, and coordinate any necessary additional payments for such changes. - Maintain Project Transparency: Keep all stakeholders informed about the project’s progress and any new developments. - Articles: Should have knowledge in writing Articles for various News Categories.
Requirements: - MA in English Literature (preferred) or equivalent. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to learn and understand technical software concepts. - Proficiency in preparing and managing documents and reports.
