**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to identify sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Use CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the field sales team and other departments as needed.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and product features.
- Prepare and send quotes or proposals to potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
