Position Overview:
As a Staffing Executive at Life Circle, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and staffing process for our homecare services focused on seniors. Your primary responsibility will be to source, attract, and onboard qualified caregivers and nursing professionals. You will work closely with the operational manager and Onboarding team to ensure the seamless staffing of qualified personnel, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with operational managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements for open positions.
- Ensure compliance with company’s process in all staffing processes.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified caregivers and nursing professionals.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation and training programs for new hires to equip them effectively for their roles.
- Provide support and guidance to Caregivers and Nursing professionals related matters and policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related roles, preferably in healthcare or homecare services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed Salary: INR 25,000+ monthly incentives on meeting staffing targets.

Ability to commute/relocate:
