District Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the baseline survey in the assigned district to identify suitable activities and

potential beneficiaries.

2. Oversee the development and customization of training materials in English and Gujarati

for the district-level teams.

3. Coordinate and participate in Training of Trainers (ToTs) programs for Field Coordinators

and clients/beneficiaries.

4. Supervise the implementation of WLE to ensure effective awareness and training

sessions.

5. Collaborate with local trainers and resource persons to ensure effective trade-wise and

service-wise skill training for potential women entrepreneurs.

6. Implement the pilot testing of the model by identifying and promoting activities with

growth potential within the district.

7. Ensure the timely submission of operational reports,Participate in program review

meetings and Perform other duties as required by the programme.

8. Identify various Buyers-Sellers interfaces and encourage participation in Marketing

Melas organized by government line departments.

9. Work with the project team to contribute to the establishment and sustainability of a

small mart in the district.

10. Contribute to the development and implementation of the replication strategy, sharing

insights with key stakeholders for potential scaling up of the program.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Graduate BBA, BA(Sociology / Economics/ Development Studies/Public Policy/ Public

Administration), B.Com/ MSW/ MA (Sociology / Economics/ Development Studies/Public

Policy/ Public Administration)or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in project coordination and leadership roles. Minimum 3-5 years of

experience in Microfinance, Livelihoods, MSME, and Development Sector both in the

Field and Office.

3. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

4. Familiar with Advance Excel, Formulas MS Office

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

6. Familiarity with the local context and cultural nuances of the assigned district.

7. Proficiency in English and Tamil languages.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
