**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market analysis to identify trading opportunities and inform decision-making
- Negotiate contracts for the purchase and sale of agricultural products
- Execute trades in line with company strategies and risk management policies
- Monitor market changes and adjust trading strategies accordingly
- Manage the logistics and transportation of traded commodities
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, and industry stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth trade execution
- Analyze financial data and reports to inform trading decisions
- Participate in trading platforms and auctions to secure favorable deals
- Assess and manage risks associated with commodity trading
- Resolve trade-related issues and disputes
- Contribute to the development of trading strategies and market penetration plans
- Stay updated on global market trends and their potential impact on agricultural trading
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and gather market intelligence

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in commodity trading, preferably in the agricultural sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural supply chains and market dynamics
- Strong understanding of risk management principles in trading
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build lasting business relationships
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a fast-paced trading environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing market conditions
- Proficient in utilizing trading platforms and related software
- Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proven track record of successful trades and profitability
- Flexibility to travel and attend trade-related events as necessary
- Commitment to ethical and responsible trading practices

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
