Job Description - Sales Trainer

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering all departmental system procedures, policies, etc. training in support of the Sales Division’s efforts in achieving key performance goals. He/She will enhance individuals and teams’ competencies by designing and conducting training programs that will boost performance to align with the company’s core values. He/She is responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing, and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and for managing all phases of training interventions. He/She will continuously evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any changes. Duties are varied and complex, often involving research, analysis, and solution development.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Train all new sales team members one-on-one (remote as mandated). Training to include review of all processes, procedures, guidelines, system requirements, etc.
- Identify and assess training needs within the Sales Division and participates in the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of the training and development programs
- Provides input to the training strategy and the development of specific training development plans
- Design solutions incorporating a variety of learning methodologies
- Provide training to new and existing employees
- Participate in organizational team initiatives providing input on learning needs, and developing schedules for training delivery
- Provides input to management about employee performance during the training periods
- Validate training content by creating a testing and evaluation process to measure the accuracy of the content being delivered, making updates to training content as needed.
- Create training modules (when needed) based on the training requirements/needs of the Sales Division

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
