**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **online Physics classes** for Grades 6-9 with a focus on **foundation building for NEET, JEE & KCET**.
- Deliver concepts with clarity and provide **shortcut methods/problem-solving techniques** relevant for competitive exams.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, digital resources, and practice worksheets aligned with both **school syllabus and foundation curriculum**.
- Conduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to monitor student progress.
- Use online teaching tools (digital whiteboards, simulations, interactive apps) to create engaging learning experiences.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students to develop problem-solving and analytical skills from an early stage.
- Collaborate with Siri Academy’s academic team to ensure curriculum alignment and continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- **Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience** in Physics for **NEET/JEE/KCET foundation batches (Grades 6-9)**.
- Proficiency in online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
- Experience in preparing students for **competitive exam foundations** is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and motivational skills.
