**Location
- Bangalore location.**
**Salary-upto-30k (Inclusive of PF & Health Insurance) + Incentives upto INR 10000/Month**

**working days : Mon-Fri Full day, Saturday Half Day**
**Shift timings : Female 9am to 6pm | Male 11am to 8pm**

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and handle inbound inquiries effectively.
Understand and explain technical course offerings (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.) to potential learners.
Guide and counsel students and working professionals toward the most suitable programs based on their goals and background.
Maintain CRM records, follow up consistently, and close leads effectively.
Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling and building rapport with learners.
Build trust and credibility with potential students through honest and empathetic counselling.
Share feedback from leads and improve the counselling approach regularly.
Be a team player and assist in training or mentoring junior counsellors in the future.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or inside sales - preferably in the edtech or education domain.
Excellent communication and listening skills in English and Kannada
Strong understanding or willingness to learn technical course content and career paths in the IT/Tech sector.
Must be target-oriented, resilient, and passionate about helping people grow their careers.
Ability to multitask and manage leads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A natural leader - open to growing into a Team Lead or Managerial role in the future.
