**Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and other digital content using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, CorelDRAW.)
- Design and optimize images, infographics, and videos for web and social media using Photoshop.
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage a content calendar.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and user experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma in or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools.
- Excellent creative skills with an eye for design and detail.
- Knowledge of web design principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
