Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for resolving disputes over the phone? We're seeking a talented telephone negotiator to join our office team.

Sensa Waste Solutions Ltd is a waste management company based in Sheffield and covering South/West Yorkshire and East Midlands. Due to continued growth we are looking for a confident Telephone Negotiator to join our dedicated team in Sheffield. As a Telephone Negotiator your duties will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound calls to manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments
- Use persuasive and effective communication techniques to reach resolutions
- Resolve payment disputes and maintain positive customer relationships
- Monitor credit limits
- Provide insights on credit control to our accounts team
- Follow company policies and procedures to find mutually beneficial solutions
- Accurately posting customer payment details into our systems

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in customer service or negotiation roles is a plus
- Being comfortable working to targets
- Problem solving abilities

Working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 till 17.00.

**Salary**: £23,000

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
