**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential participants, explain our clinical trials, and generate interest.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for potential participants with our research team.
- Promotion of Clinical Trials: Promote our clinical trials to potential participants, explaining the benefits, risks, and requirements.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter lead information into our CRM system.
- Follow-up: Follow up with leads to ensure they are still interested in participating in our clinical trials.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Life Sciences or a related field).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or marketing (preferably in the clinical research or healthcare industry).
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Basic knowledge of clinical trials and the clinical research industry.
- Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada.
