**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Quality Supervisor** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on knowledge in quality assurance and control processes. The Quality Supervisor will support daily quality checks, monitor production standards, and ensure that products meet company and industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in implementing quality control procedures on the production floor
- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality tests of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain proper records of inspections, testing, and other quality-related activities
- Report any non-conformities or quality issues to the senior quality staff
- Work closely with production teams to improve product quality
- Ensure adherence to company standards and customer requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of quality assurance/control concepts
- Good attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Familiarity with basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word) is a plus
