**You will be responsible for**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls of the patients and resolve their queries from appropriate source of information (client-defined FAQs and responses)
- Patient onboarding, verification, and validation of the documents for the enrolment process
- Empathise with patients and telecounsel them for improved health-related outcomes
- Addressing patient’s queries and concerns from a pre-defined FAQ
- Manage the compliance and adherence of patients enrolled
- Facilitating the availability of free drugs through the Order management system
- Facilitating Diagnostic services by sharing details of test and having those conducted through coupon system.
- Track therapy adherence of patients and initiate necessary interventions by making outbound calls or engaging field counsellors
- Maintain data hygiene and validate it
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to run the operations seamlessly
- Attend review meetings from internal leads at regular intervals
- Be aware of all organisational, divisional and client-related policies and procedures related to quality, information security and data privacy
- Responsible to strictly adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client
- Participate in quality audits, compliance, regular training and administer regular feedback surveys
- Facilitate as a SPOC in case of any concern

**Must have**:
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and vernacular language (English, Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam)
- Patient management and patient counselling skills
- Empathy and willingness to listen and relate to patients
- Good computer skills - MS Office (basic knowledge of MS Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in tele-counselling for patients
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in PSP programs earlier
