**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Answer queries related to academic programs and admission procedures
- Provide accurate information and guide them through the enrollment process
- Maintain call records and follow up on leads
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and admission targets

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of academic programs
- Basic Excel skills
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory

(Experience in tele calling/customer service is a plus)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Educational Requirement:
Minimum 12th Pass

Location Preference:
Must be based in or willing to work from Salt Lake Sector 3, Kolkata

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
