**What you will do**

You will be responsible for:

- Focus on technical presentations for customers and prospects and assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
- Present solution proposals (onsite/remote) to customer highlighting key solution features, mapping with ServiceNow solution and value realization though proposed.
- Staying up to date on RFID and Wireless Solutions & showcasing Sensormatic RFID Product and Solution offerings as per customers' business challenges and requirements.
- Setting up demonstrations and conducting technology workshops for customers articulating features and benefits of Sensormatic RFID Products and Solutions to customers.
- Good knowledge of RFID product portfolio.
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are in line with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI & RFP.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
- Create case studies with background, solution proposed and value outcomes from the existing accounts and projects delivered.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations, Solution Demonstration and POC.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Technical background and expertise in RFID, IOT, SAAS Cloud Solution, Mobile and Web 3.0 solutions is a plus.

**Industry experience**
- 8-10 years of experience in RFID Presales, Solution Design, Network Design, Solution Architect, Cloud solution, IOT, preferred RFID Hardware / Software design
