Job Post : Sales Incharge
- Responsible for hiring, motivating training & building a talented sales team.

JOB Responsibilities:

- Conducting Daily morning meeting with the team, Tasks Distribute and ensure achievement of the overall sales target amongst his team members across showroom, field, Sales outlets and our sub dealers.
- Ensure participation of all schedule training/meetings provide by TVS and ensure its effective usage.
- Monitoring Buyer as well as non buyer feedbacks and take timely corrective actions to improve the same.
- Timely communication of incentive schemes for Sales Force and ensure they achieve incentives to maintain higher levels of motivation Monitor, and take corrective actions on all sales trend reports.
- Coordinate with all financing firms to ensure quick sanction of loans at attractive rates from various financers whenever required.
- Conduct local activities jointly done with other agencies / organization (banks), to push sales in urban / rural / semi-urban areas.
- Ensure convertion of stated retail sales percentage as under from varied sources of enquiries: WalkIn 50% Telephonic
- 30% Other
- 10%
- Enquiry Management: Ensure 100% enquiries gets punched in DMS with 0% leakage and followups are done properly.
- Establish and maintain extreme cordial relationship with company officials/representatives.
- Keep a close watch on after sales actions/ back office to ensure smooth operations and customer delight.
- Placing proper monthly purchase orders with TVS.

**Experience**:

- Team Leader / Sales Manager: 1 year (required)
