**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**: - Own strategy & innovation engagement for the ICG D10X business of Citi Ventures and execute independently / as a team - Develop a storyboard for the project independently / in conjunction with the project manager - Develop quantitative points of view through market sizing, scenario analysis, business case development, etc. - Break down complex business problems into a series of steps involving primary / secondary research and quantitative analysis and execute one or more of those steps independently - Conduct stakeholder interviews and design market surveys for primary research when needed - Bring new innovation techniques and thinking to the table - Always stay up-to-date with the latest market developments as it relates to digital / financial services and develop points of view on the same - Communicate with digital teams across regions for benchmarking Citi’s offerings and provide outside-in perspectives **Other Core Responsibilities**: - Project Execution - Consistently deliver on multiple and complex projects independently - Business knowledge - Develop a thorough understanding of the digital banking and payments landscape - the players, their offerings, competitive advantages, evolution over time - Teamwork - Effectively contribute and add value to cross functional initiatives - Train and coach others in the organization - Communication - Communicate and present effectively to partners and senior leadership - Organizational Development - Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities, etc. **Education**: MBA from a Tier 1 Institute **Skills**: - Background in Innovation thinking and Jobs-To-Be-Done methodology - Innovation Strategist/ Catalyst roles as a background - Strong problem solving skills and comfort with quantitative case studies and guesstimates - Established competency in business analysis including business model development, market sizing, financial statements analysis, etc. - Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability - Strong presentation and communication skills - Strong process/project management skills - Experience in one or more financial services businesses esp on the corporate banking side or experience in a digital domain (e-commerce or other digital services) - **Job Family Group**: Decision Management - **Job Family**: Specialized Analytics (Data Science/Computational Statistics) - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
