**Job Title**: Warehouse Executive**Location**: Delhi Warehouse E2 Plot No. 4, Jhandewalan Extension, Near Metro Station Gate No. 2, New Delhi - 110055**Department**: Operations**Reports To**: Warehouse Manager / Co-founders**Working Days**: 6 days/week (Mon-Sat) 10:00am to 8:00pm**Salary Range**:upto 25k **Position Overview** **Key Responsibilities** 1. Inventory Handling & Stock Management - Receive incoming stock and verify quantity and quality. - Update stock records in the inventory system. - Assist in regular stock audits and physical counts. - Maintain proper shelf labeling, organization, and stock rotation. 2. Order Processing & Fulfillment - Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately. - Ensure proper packaging quality before dispatch. - Prepare daily shipments and generate packaging/dispatch labels. - Maintain order processing time frame of 24-48 hours. 3. Dispatch & Courier Coordination - Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and tracking. - Maintain records of dispatched shipments. - Support in resolving delivery or courier-related issues. 4. Recordkeeping & System Updates - Update order status, stock entries, and item movement logs. - Maintain inward/outward registers and documentation. - Generate basic daily reports on stock movement and dispatches. 5. Warehouse Maintenance - Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices. - Report damaged, expired, or misplaced stock immediately. - Follow established SOPs and operational workflows. **Required Qualifications** Education - Graduate (preferred) - Diploma/Certification in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management will be an advantage. Experience - 1-3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations. - Experience in e-commerce, retail, books, or FMCG handling is preferred. Technical Skills - Basic knowledge of inventory software (Zoho Inventory/Unicommerce or similar). - Comfortable using barcode scanners and labeling tools. - Basic to intermediate MS Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering preferred).
