**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Punch Creation**: Create accurate and high-quality punch files for embroidery machines using **Wilcom software**.
- **Design Interpretation**: Analyze and interpret complex design patterns, motifs, and layouts provided by designers to convert them into punch-ready formats.
- **Khaka Creation**: Develop precise khaka (design templates) for hand embroidery and machine embroidery processes.
- **Software Expertise**: Utilize **Wilcom, CorelDRAW, and Wings** software to ensure precision in both punch and khaka creation.
- **Machine Compatibility Testing**: Test punch files on embroidery machines to ensure smooth operations and flawless output.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, production teams, and quality control to ensure the designs are translated perfectly into the embroidery format.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and refine punch files to minimize errors and achieve premium embroidery quality.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues with punch files or embroidery outcomes to maintain quality standards.
- **File Management**: Maintain an organized repository of punch files for efficient access and reuse.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Punch Maker in the **fashion or embroidery**industry.
- Proficiency in **digital** punching techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of **Wilcom, CorelDRAW, or Wings software** for punch and khaka creation.
- Familiarity with embroidery machine operations and file formats.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure design accuracy and alignment in embroidery.
- Ability to adapt designs creatively without compromising their essence when converting to punch formats.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with designers and production teams effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
