Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of B2C sales prospecting and customer engagement cycles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in initiating cold conversations in person and via WhatsApp.
- Ability to tailor pitches based on customer persona and buying stage.
- Strong follow-up discipline and a hunger to convert leads into sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
