**Introduction**:
The Economist Intelligence Unit is a leading provider of country, industry and management analysis. As the research arm of The Economist Group, we deliver information that helps organisations to stay on top of market opportunities and risks around the world.

You will work within a wider team helping to maintain and manage the WhichMBA survey, contribute to the development of the survey process and data analytics, and help in the expansion of the survey by undertaking supervised research and data management.

**Accountabilities**:
**How you will contribute**:

- Provide administrative, data management, data cleaning, and quality check support to WhichMBA biannual survey process.
- Help manage large datasets and databases to protect and enhance the quality of the WhichMBA ranking.
- Assist in project research, data collection, analysis and preparation of presentations.
- Assist with automating project delivery as required.
- Develop quality assurance through regular, rigorous and efficient data checks.
- Assist in updating the survey questionnaire, methodology, and the analytics required for the WhichMBA ranking survey.
- Deliver projects on deadline by prioritising time and resources accordingly.
- Collaborate with several teams in multiple locations.

**The ideal skills for this role include**:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in managing large data sets, data cleaning, data analysis and secondary research.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (including advance use of MS Excel).
- Excellect knowledge of Google Suite.
- Proven track record of delivering research projects of the highest quality and prioritising time and resources accordingly.
- Ability to work effectively in teams to meet project objectives, sometimes work with a combination of internal staff and external contributors.
- Commitment to producing output of high quality with strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with VBA coding would be preferable.
- Knowledge of economic data sources would be preferable.
