- Noida

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Sales and Lead Generation: Contact potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of product to effectively communicate with prospects and close sales.
- Customer Interaction: Address inquiries, offer product solutions, and resolve customer queries via phone calls.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

**Experience & expertise**:

- Minimum Graduation or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in tele-sales or tele-calling, specifically in life insurance, personal loans, Gold loans, or home loans.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Hindi and English (verbal and written communication skills).
