- Coordination with various department / Users like Product teams, Operations, IT, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement.
- Detailed Testing for Projects / Issues as per the system requirement.
- Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.
- Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
- Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and follow up with concern team for resolution.
- Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access etc. with vlook up, H look up, pivot table, analysis.
- Should be an effective Team Player
- Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail.

**Educational Qualification: BSC IT / MCA/ M Com**

**Desired Experience**:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in UAT testing

**Specialized job competencies: -**

**Knowledge of operational process for loan management for NBFC**

**Other desired attributes**:
**Good Communication skill**

**Issue resolution approach with Deep dive with analytical skill.**

**Solution oriented with positive approach.**

**Good in people management skill and stress management.
