- Responsibilities_
- _Support one of the Biggest Financial Banks in the World by providing outstanding Customer Service Experience to their existing Clients._
- _Expertly and promptly resolve client inquiries at the first point of contact or call out to appropriate level for resolution._
- _Be able to service customers on a variety of topics, which can include, but not limited to, providing account transactions details, payment, disputes, explaining charges, handling fraud, online transactions and handling fees or rates_
- _Customer Service for American consumer credit card customers_
- _Use of CRM tools and documenting detailed information_
- _Ability to utilize the tools properly to efficiently resolve the customer’s issue_

- Minimum Qualifications_
- _High School / Senior High School graduates are accepted, College graduates are preferred._
- _Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-volume service center_
- _Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process_
- _Shall pose no challenges in adhering to work schedules._
- _Flexible to work in any schedule._
- _Excellent Data Entry Skills_
- _Detailed Oriented_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Able to demonstrate understanding while improving chance to create rapport with the customer._
- _Has previous experience in meeting/driving Net Promote Score performance/expectations, preferably in a customer service business for Consumer Credit Cards_
- _Displays excellent English oral and written communication skills - using accurate grammar with smooth flow._
- _Displays excellent problem solving and decision-making skills._
