**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain customer records, service schedules, and complaint logs.
- Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for timely service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Prepare daily service reports and communicate updates to management.
- Support the sales and service team in quotation follow-ups, AMC renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Escalate unresolved issues to concerned departments promptly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or coordination role (HVAC or technical service industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
