Electrical Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the electrical team in the Rolling Mill section.
- Ensure timely maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Coordinate with the production and mechanical teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance, spares, and preventive schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in electrical operations.
- Participate in equipment upgrades and modernization projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance of a TMT Bars Rolling Mill.
- Strong knowledge of rolling mill drives, motors, PLC systems, and control panels.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
