**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for all walk-ins to the Sales Gallery.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a comprehensive MIS of site walk-ins.
- Enhance the customer experience through exceptional hospitality and service.
- Oversee the Facilities staff to maintain the Sales Gallery’s upkeep.
- Manage the inventory for pantry supplies to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Utilize MS Office for data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Immaculate grooming and a smart, corporate dressing style.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in guest relations or front office will be an advantage.Zauba Corp
