Receive, Distribute and Maintain Adequate Quantities of Stocks at all Times

Project Bill of Materials Stock Checking, Invoice Materials Receiving, Invoice Materials Entry In ERP Software, GRN Note Preparing, Invoice & GRN Sheet, Submission To Purchase Department, Materials

Allotment to Projects, Delivery Channel Preparing, Store Stock Updating,

After Job Completion,Materials Receiving, Project Pending Materials Updating,

Courier Materials Packing & Dispatches

Maintaining Notes on the Receipt or Dispatch of Items Against Invoices/Inventory Checks/Dispatches

Maintain Stock and Consumption Records - Goods Received/Issued,

Report of Expenditure

Review Physical Inventory

Inform the Purchase well in Advance About the Items that Reach

the Re-order Level to Order From Supplies

Generate Monthly Stock Check Reports

Check Incoming Materials for Quality, and Quantity Against Invoices, Purchase Orders and Packing Slips or Other Documents

Disposes of Expired and Waste Stock According to the Current Procedure Promote Inventory-Relatedness Programs Internal and External Audit Plan Quarterly, Half Year and Annually.
