**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Market our consultants' profiles to potential end clients.
- Submit profiles to end clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with end clients to ensure profiles are reviewed and provide feedback to consultants.
- Maintain and update a database of client contacts and submission statuses.
- Work closely with consultants to refine their resumes and profiles for maximum impact.
- Monitor job boards, client portals, and other channels for new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end clients to facilitate ongoing business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in IT resume marketing and profile submission.
- Technical background in computer science or a related field to communicate and understand requirements from end clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work remotely and be available during EST time zone business hours.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with end clients.
- Proficiency in using job boards, client portals, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Previous experience in IT staffing or consulting industry is a plus.

Compensation:

- Competitive base salary in Indian Rupees (INR) as per current market trends and based on experience.
- Commission structure with potential to earn up to ₹400,000 based on performance.
