Responsibilities of a Export Documentation Executive:

- Prepare and audit export documentation for export shipments.
- Process commercial invoice documents by validating data integrity and accuracy
- Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers, including trading desks, loading facilities, freight forwarders, brokers, vendors and customers.
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments
- Export Bill Regularization and e-BRC Compliance.
- Maintain export files in an organized and catalogued system
- Support cross-functional departments involved in international business transactions
- Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations
- Continue education and ongoing review of industry requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce, or similar.
- Previous similar experience required.
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020.
- Knowledge of Export Bill Regularization and e-BRC management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Arcot, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
