We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our dedicated team at PRS Neurosciences, a leading neurorehabilitation company. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller is to engage with potential patients, address their inquiries, and effectively convert them into admitted patients through persuasive communication skills. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals seeking neurorehabilitation services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Inbound and Outbound Calls**:

- Handle incoming calls from potential patients inquiring about neurorehabilitation services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and maintain a proactive approach in converting inquiries into admissions.

2. **Information Dissemination**:

- Provide detailed and accurate information about our neurorehabilitation programs, services, and facilities.
- Address patient queries and concerns with empathy, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the rehabilitation process.

3. **Conversion Skills**:

- Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Employ active listening skills to identify patient needs and tailor information to highlight the benefits of our neurorehabilitation services.

4. **Follow-Up Calls**:

- Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maintain communication with potential patients.
- Track and document interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the admissions and medical teams to ensure seamless transition from inquiry to admission.
- Communicate patient requirements and preferences to the relevant teams for personalized care planning.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Empathetic and patient-centric communication style.

2. **Conversion Skills**:

- Proven track record in sales or conversion-focused roles.
- Ability to identify and address potential concerns while highlighting the value of neurorehabilitation services.

3. **Organizational Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize follow-up tasks.

4. **Team Player**:

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to contribute to the overall success of the neurorehabilitation center.

5. **Empathy and Compassion**:

- Demonstrated ability to connect with individuals undergoing rehabilitation and their families.
- Compassionate approach towards understanding and addressing patient needs.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of a Class 12.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles.
- Familiarity with healthcare or neurorehabilitation services is advantageous.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
