**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop and create custom designs for acrylic 3D letters, signage, school ID cards, gifts, and mementos based on client specifications.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, and provide professional design recommendations.
- **Product Visualization**: Create mockups, prototypes, and digital renderings to present design ideas to clients for approval.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the client's brand identity, business goals, and messaging.
- **Technical Expertise**: Prepare artwork and files for production, ensuring proper file formats and specifications are met for both digital and physical products.
- **Quality Control**: Review and proof all designs for accuracy, quality, and alignment with project requirements before finalizing for production.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Innovation and Trend Awareness**: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a designer in a similar industry (signage, custom gifts, branding, etc.) is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other relevant design tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative abilities and a keen eye for design, with the ability to think outside the box.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision on custom design projects.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is a plus.
