Responsibilities: As an Office and Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operations of both our administrative and marketing departments. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Office Duties:
- Warmly greeting visitors, clients, and guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Managing incoming calls and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Organizing and maintaining office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Coordinating company events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
- Supporting HR with on boarding procedures for new hires.
- Ensuring the office environment is organized and inviting.
Marketing Duties:
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute various campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Assisting in the creation and updating of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.
- Managing social media accounts and assisting with content creation and scheduling.
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating trade shows and other marketing events.
- Assisting with data entry and CRM management.
Occasional Travel:
- The Office and Marketing Assistant will have the opportunity to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and marketing events. Travel destinations may vary Locally or out of the city, and the assistant will represent the company in a professional and engaging manner.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in office administration, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and availability to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
- A positive and approachable personality, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma required; relevant certifications or bachelor's degree in a related field is a bonus.
