ISS Market Intelligence (ISS MI) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Mumbai based Research team in support of our U.S. Research business. The Project Manager - Data and Reporting role specializes in executing a recurring series of benchmarking surveys that captures sales & staffing data from clients. This includes:
- Owning the data collection process with clients throughout the year- Overseeing Research Analysts’ review of clients’ QA results and their communications with client data contacts about data queries to ensure a high-quality dataset and positive client submission experience- Overseeing the data QA process conducted by the Manila based Data Operations team and the process for Research review- Managing multiple data aggregation processes as well as the production cycles for survey reporting, with production support by the Data Operations team

This person will work closely with various teams across ISS MI, including:
- Data Operations to carry out data QA, analysis, and report production processes- Development and QA teams to build, test, and update new automation solutions- Production Engagement Specialist client team and Research Data Analysts to ensure efficient collection of client survey submissions and resolution of data issues- U.S. Research team on implementing continuous improvements to the survey content.

In addition to owning the survey project and collaborating with multiple teams, the Project Manager will gain broad exposure to sales, staffing, and productivity trends across asset management, annuity, life insurance, and retirement industries.

**Responsibilities**:
Core responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Independently manage all fielding and reporting aspects of multiple consortium-based surveys focused on sales and staffing in various financial services industries- Update surveys at the start of each survey cycle- Manage the process of sending the survey requests to all participating clients, follow up periodically to encourage timely client submissions, track submission status metrics, and escalate to the Production Engagement Specialist team as necessary- Manage and document clear QA process for Data Operations to carry out to ensure data integrity and consistency- Oversee and establish clear processes for Data Analysts to effectively review data issues and liaise with client data contacts to interpret and resolve submission errors- Update back-end data aggregation spreadsheets used for production of the report deliverables- Design and implement improvements to the back-end data aggregation spreadsheets with support from the Developer team and use of Excel formulas- Update PowerPoint report deliverable design specifications and provide clear documentation for Developers and Data Operations to carry out report production- Conduct final reviews of report deliverables prior to publishing to client-facing teams and clients- Proactively identify process improvements and automation solutions and collaborate with Product, Developer, and QA teams to design, test, and implement automation solutions for the surveys- Address internal and client questions and custom requests regarding survey data- Provide frequent project status updates to internal stakeholders
