Being a small kitchen, the Chef De Partie will be the sole responsible person to ensure quality and consistency for all the food created in the kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Organize and plan the necessary activities for all the Commies and Helpers.

2) Manage all items in stock and create a purchase plan on a daily basis.

3) Take responsibility of the consistency, garnishing and order delivery during service hours.

4) Train the commies in bettering their culinary skills.

5) Suggest new recipes and create them for tasting and addition to the menu.

Qualifications:
1) Graduate in Hotel Management from any college with specialty in Indian/Chinese cuisine.

2) Minimum 4-5 years experience in live restaurant service.

3) Prior experience in handling a 6-8 member team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
