Snc Process Owner

Requisition ID: 39328- Job Location(s): Pune, INDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Procurement Expert to lead regional and global projects to reduce the cost in our supply chain. You will identify, plan, execute and communicate projects that have a significant impact on Danfoss’s ability to compete in an increasingly competitive global market.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Strategic Responsible for
- Ensure process governance (role & responsibilities)
- Drive an SNC community with Super User in DPS
- Align with DPS Divisions on the pipeline, target setting and expectations for the next year
- Setting expectations regarding master data, aging ASN, Idocs etc.
- Handling new functionality including requirements, evaluation, approval and deployment
- Deployment of new functionality, training of Superusers/Users, training material, preparation of test scripts, management of testing,
- Escalation and management of issues and errors from Super Users to IT, support root cause problem solving

Operational Responsible for
- Be the SNC tool expert, support DPS users via consultancy
- Training of SMEs, including preparation of training material
- Setup of new vendors, within SNC - check if supplier is active, create transportation lane, create forecast variant, D-user roles, create BP internet user etc.
- Request new User-IDs both external suppliers and internal colleagues
- Communication to Vendors on using SNC
- Run/set up report - create outputs, CIF batch jobs
- Check forecast upload in SNC

**Background & Skills**:

- Education : Engineering Graduate
- Experience : 6 - 10 years’ experience
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
