**Job Description: 3D Furniture Product Designer**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Furniture Product Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and functional furniture pieces using 3D design software. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and manufacturers to bring your designs to life, from initial concept to final production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization & Design**: Develop 3D designs for various types of furniture, including seating, tables, storage units, and accessories, considering both form and function.
- **Modelling & Rendering**: Use advanced 3D modelling and rendering software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, Blender, or SketchUp) to create detailed, realistic representations of products.
- **Prototyping & Testing**: Collaborate with prototype engineers to ensure designs are manufacturable and test prototypes for ergonomics, functionality, and durability.
- **Material Selection**: Research and select appropriate materials for furniture production, ensuring designs are cost-effective and environmentally friendly, where possible.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work with cross-functional teams including industrial designers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure that designs meet customer requirements and market trends.
- **Market Trends**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative.
- **Client Interaction**: Present and discuss design concepts with clients or stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary revisions to meet expectations.
- **Documentation & Specification**: Prepare detailed design specifications, including dimensions, materials, and finish options for production and manufacturing teams.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the production process to ensure the final product matches the original design specifications, ensuring high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Furniture Designer or in a similar product design role.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Blender).
- Excellent understanding of furniture design principles, ergonomics, and materials.
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical and functional designs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous furniture designs and 3D models.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
- Familiarity with rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, KeyShot) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) design tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials.
- Familiarity with CAD file preparation for 3D printing or CNC machining.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position.
- Collaborative work environment, with opportunities to interact with various design professionals and manufacturers.
- Access to the latest design technology and tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
