**Machine Operation: Operate press brake machinery to bend and shape metal sheets or plates according to blueprints, drawings, or job specifications.**
- Setup: Set up press brake machines by installing and aligning dies, adjusting settings, and selecting appropriate tooling.
- Material Handling: Load metal sheets or plates onto the machine bed manually or using lifting equipment. Ensure proper positioning and alignment for accurate bending.
- Programming: Program machine settings and parameters such as bend angle, back gauge position, and bend sequence using CNC controls.
- Inspection: Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications. Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on press brake machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production quantities, and any quality issues encountered.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including supervisors, machine operators, and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience as a press brake operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or metalworking environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating press brake machinery.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications to produce parts that meet quality standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods while operating machinery.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems independently, particularly in troubleshooting machine malfunctions or quality issues
