**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that meet the company's standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video projects.
- Ensure consistency and continuity throughout each video in terms of style, branding, and messaging.
- Utilize various editing techniques, effects, and transitions to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall quality and impact of videos.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills and stay innovative.
- Manage and organize video files and assets to ensure efficient workflow and easy access.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver results that exceed expectations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance video concepts and storytelling.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Video Editor.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing work and creative projects.
