Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Noida Sector 135

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
- Support in preparing and maintaining financial reports (balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow).
- Assist in filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
- Help in the reconciliation of bank statements, vendor payments, and customer accounts.
- Support in managing accounts payable/receivable and invoicing.
- Aid in the preparation of year-end and quarterly financial audits.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial closing and budget reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with any ad-hoc accounting tasks and financial projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Prefer to having worked experience with the CA (Chartered Accountant)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
- Hands-on experience with balance sheets and financial reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,810.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
