- Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient progress, updating care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Respond to medical emergencies, provide immediate care, and assist in stabilizing patients.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants, LPNs, and other healthcare staff as needed.
- Participate in continuous education, training, and professional development to stay current on best practices.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,040.29 per month
