**Job Title: Assistance Executive - Accounts and finance**

**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Location**: Yeshwanthpur - Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining ledgers.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Maintain proper filing of all financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by senior staff.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software ( Tally).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and analysis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
