
Helpdesk Support Role

**Years of exp**: 1 to 4 years' experience in **compliance background verification**
Become fully familiar with the configuration of core technical products and the wider technical ecosystem.
2. Investigating, documenting and resolving reported issues effectively and efficiently.
3. Supporting internal and external stakeholders by performing technical configuration tasks.
4, Conducting product testing to support quality acceptance of new or modified product release schedules.
6. Working closely with the implementation and delivery teams to effectively transition customers to aftercare and support.
7. Providing first line support to clients escalating to the advanced support or third parties whilst maintaining issue ownership throughout.
8. Maintain and track Retinue Issue logs
**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
Required:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- An analytical approach to problem solving
Desirable:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Prior knowledge of Retinue products or similar tools
- Prior Experience in a helpdesk related role
- Technical qualifications within a support or infrastructure related discipline
