YOUR IMPACT

This role leads strategic sales for luxury real estate, driving revenue through HNI/UHNI client engagement, team leadership, and data-driven sales management. It requires deep market insight, cross-functional collaboration, and proven experience in premium segments to deliver exceptional buyer experiences and business growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

- Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role handling high-end or luxury segment.

- Industry: Preferably from niche/luxury real estate developers in Bangalore or equivalent premium sectors (e.g., hospitality, luxury automobiles, private banking).

- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- **Strategic Sales Leadership**:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Position the brand and projects to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine offerings and approach.

- **Revenue & Target Management**:
Own and deliver revenue targets across projects.

Drive sales conversions from qualified leads to closures with high attention to buyer experience.

Optimize pricing strategies and advise on product positioning to maximize profitability.

- **Team Leadership**:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-caliber team of sales professionals

Implement sales training programs to improve performance and professionalism.

Set KPIs and ensure team accountability through structured performance reviews.

- **Client Relationship Management**:
Personally handle key HNI/UHNI clients and institutional investors.

Build a long-term client network through referrals, events, and personalized outreach.

Ensure world-class pre
- and post-sales customer experience.

- **Stakeholder Coordination**:
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams to streamline sales operations.

Work closely with the leadership on pricing, launch strategies, and investor engagement.

- **Reporting & MIS**:
Generate timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and weekly MIS reports.

Use CRM tools to track lead performance, conversion rates, and customer journey analytics.
