We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bowling Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our bowling center, ensuring our equipment runs flawlessly so our guests can have an exceptional experience. You'll be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all bowling-related machinery, with a primary focus on Brunswick's state-of-the-art pinsetters.
**What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)**
- **Maintain Pinsetters**: Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on Brunswick GS-series pinsetters and other related equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure peak performance.
- **Diagnose and Repair**: Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with pinsetters, scoring systems, and ball returns. You'll use a range of tools and read schematics to get to the root of the problem.
- **Manage Equipment**: Keep our lane conditioning machines, ball polishers, and other technical equipment in excellent working order.
- **Lane Maintenance**: Assist with lane cleaning and oiling to ensure a consistent and professional playing surface.
- **Inventory Control**: Track and manage inventory of replacement parts and supplies, preparing orders as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and secure machine area.
**What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)**
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a bowling center mechanic is required. Experience with Brunswick pinsetters (GS-X, GS-98, String, etc.) is highly preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude. The ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams is essential.
- **Problem-Solving**: A knack for quickly identifying and resolving complex issues under pressure to minimize downtime.
- **Physical Demands**: Must be able to lift heavy parts, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
