Graphic Designer

**Position Overview**:
A **Graphic Designer** is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate ideas, captivate audiences, and enhance the brand identity of an organization. The role involves designing for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, and collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions. A Graphic Designer must have a strong artistic vision, technical skills, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop creative and engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
- Design logos, brand assets, and marketing materials that align with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Create illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics as required for campaigns.
- **Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into creative concepts that meet business objectives.
- Present design drafts and seek feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand identity and visual style guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across all platforms and media while delivering high-quality outputs.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Use graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Stay updated on new design software, trends, and techniques to improve efficiency and creativity.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Communicate progress, updates, and potential challenges to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with printers or external vendors for the production of print materials when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (for motion graphics).
- Knowledge of web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Understanding of print production and digital design principles.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong visual design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for design challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
