Nursing Tutor/clinical Instructor

**Job Summary**:
The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to nursing students, fostering their academic and professional development, and ensuring they meet the standards of nursing practice. The role includes developing course materials, conducting classes, and mentoring students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Training**:

- Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops.
- Demonstrate nursing procedures in laboratories or clinical settings.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design lesson plans and update curriculum as per the standards set by the Nursing Council.
- Develop and evaluate teaching resources and assessment tools.
- **Student Mentorship**:

- Guide and mentor students during their academic journey.
- Provide support for skill development, internships, and clinical rotations.
- **Clinical Supervision**:

- Supervise students in clinical settings and ensure adherence to professional practices.
- Evaluate clinical performance and provide constructive feedback.
- **Research & Development**:

- Encourage and engage in nursing research activities.
- Stay updated on advancements in the field of nursing and incorporate them into teaching.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for academic and administrative tasks.

Pay: ₹8,850.86 - ₹47,877.47 per month
