- At least 3+ years of experience in observability (logging, alerting, dashboard, APM) tools such as New Relic, Splunk, Dynatrace and Datadog; in DevOps engineering, providing support and maintaining a 24x7 production Hybrid (cloud and on premise) environment & should have programming and scripting experience, bash, Python or similar.
- Should be responsible for writing shell scripts and WLST scripts to automate processes.
- Should have hands on experience with Git Lab, Jira, Confluence.
- Good knowledge in creating and configuring domains in WebLogic
- Good knowledge in configuring, tuning, Apache web servers in Linux environments.
- Experience with JDBC, JMS, Webservices, Security standards, LDAP, SSL
- Good knowledge in identifying the issues and providing quick resolutions
- Knowledge in capturing and analyzing thread dumps and heap dumps
- Experience in analyzing and fine tuning the server parameters (JVM Size, Thread pool size, Garbage Collection Process etc.) for achieving better performance.
- Experience with HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, Clustering, Load balancing
- Experience in Weblogic Operations Control
- Handling Troubleshooting logs

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Should be responsible for Deploying, configuring and managing the Web Logic Server.
- Should have the ability to utilise existing or new technology to assist in the automation of processes to monitor and diagnose system health issues, drive triage to resolve problems and making sure operations are running without issue.
- Assist in providing administrative functions (maintenance, performance tuning/optimisation, governance, troubleshooting, etc.) for Web Logic Server as needed.
- Should be responsible for end to end process of deploying Java EE Applications to Web Logic Server
- Partner with Engineering, Services and Support to improve the system processes and provide required support with day-to-day operations.
- Should have the ability in creating and improving of automation and alerting scripts.
- Ability to optimise installation of critical security patch updates from Oracle.
- Should be responsible for writing shell scripts and WLST scripts to automate processes.
- Publish and maintain internal documentation related to services offered, content management configurations and permission groups.
- Should have Knowledge of basic networking including firewall rules, ports, database links.
