**Job Description**:
Responsible for evaluating, verifying, and processing service requests from shareholders, third-party entities, institutions, broker/dealer operations, or client Fund/Stock groups. Processes mutual fund and/or stock transactions and maintains shareholder records. Has a thorough understanding of mutual fund/stock operations. Accepts, records, processes, and troubleshoots requests from shareowners, institutions, the NSCC, the DTC, and/or broker/dealers. Entry level support representative working on standard, repeatable tasks that require limited judgement and decision making. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete tasks. Follows detailed work instructions and works under close supervision. Minimally requires a high school degree and up to 1 year of related experience
